Pioneering artists Harry Yeff and Trung Bao opened an immersive experience in the basement of Flannels’ Oxford Street shop. VOICE GEMS: 1000 YEAR ARCHIVE is a unique collection of voices turned into digital gemstones using the voices’ individual features to generate one-of-a-kind gemstones with unique form and colours.

Generating the very first VOICE GEM has a romantic story. It was created in 2018 from the laughter of two lovers and later a physical gemstone was created that the couple used to replace their diamond engagement ring.

Since 2018 Yeff and Bao have produced over a thousand of unique VOICE GEMSTONES using animal and human voices, including voices of critically endangered species.
