The prices are quite reasonable for an official K-pop pop-up store. Even if you have a tight budget, you’ll definitely find something. The elements at the charm station are for £2-3, while a really cute plush pen is just £13, ping badges and magnets are £12.

Famous Taiwanese bubble tea chain with over 2,200 stores across 29 markets globally has teamed up with K-pop superstar, Felix Yongbok Lee to attract more younger customers.

Stray Kids Felix is now the new brand ambassador to Gong cha and the collaboration started earlier this year in South Korea before spreading globally during the Summer and Autumn.

The collab has been super successful and broken all sales records, and it has finally arrived in the UK in late September and now available in all Gong cha stores across the country.

There are three different boba teas to choose from: Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Oolong Tea with Coconut Jelly and Felix’s absolute favourite, Taro Milk Tea with Pearls which he usually has with 100% sweetness and extra pearls.

Although, there is a range of Felix merch available in the South Korean Gong cha stores, in the UK, there are only pin badges currently available.

Squid Game: The Experience is directly inspired by the award-winning Netflix series, so the first thing you will be doing is take a photo of yourself (Smile!).

Next, you’ll be divided into groups, blue or red.

Now, after some safety instructions, the real fun starts!

Red Light, Green Light

Find yourself face-to-face with Young-Hee, the merciless giant doll while you’re playing your childhood favourite game, Red Light, Green Light.

Make it to the other side before the time finishes. If you don’t? Well, unlike the series, you won’t meet your faith by a Pink Soldier, but your high-tech wristband will track all your data and gives you ranking (Red: lower score, Orange: intermediate position, Green: those who nailed the game).

Memory Steps

Next, you’ll find yourself standing in front of the spine-chilling glass bridge. In this game, however, you don’t have to worry about falling to the concrete ground if your guessing is wrong.

Before entering the game, you’ll have a couple of seconds to memorise which tile is safe to stand on. Then, during the game you have to recall it from your memory.

Thug a War

This is to only one game you have to play in groups. You will be battling with another group and each player has 5 seconds to pull the rope as fast as they can to move the red flag as far as they can.

Marbles

Just like in Squid Game, you have to throw your marbles as close as you can to the target ball and knock your opponent’s boules away. Sounds easy? Well, not exactly.

Round and Round

This is the reimaged version of the original game. Instead of forming groups and finding an empty room, you have to land on the correct shape before the signal ends.

If you have luckily survived all games (you will!), you have a chance to visit the Korean-inspired Night Market where you can get snacks and Soju-based cocktails to celebrate your victory and recall your choices during the games.

Everything You Need to Know About the ENHYPEN Pop-Up Store in London

Unlike most of the K-pop pop-up stores, ENHYPEN pop-up is open for almost an entire month, so you have plenty of time to visit before or after the concert.

The pop-up store is walk-in only, so you simply have to join the queue and wait for your turn to be let in by the staff.

At the door, you will receive a special handwritten admission wristband that you have to wear while in the store.

Upon entering you’ll first find yourself in a large space with cute photo ops with the ENHYPEN members and a screen playing their video clips. You can spend as much time as you want here before entering the actual shop.

In the shop there are lots of exclusive ENHYPEN merch available, including T-shirts, umbrellas, acrylic stands, photo cards, light stick and light band, jewellery and much more.

The pop-up shop is called Rosie after her first studio album. The album was released on the 25^th July 2025 and it was made with Atlantic Records. It contains 12 songs and it’s a very personal album which Rosé co-wrote and co-produced entirely.

There are T-shirts, photo cards, pin badges, APT. socks, APT. shot glasses, keychains, phone cases, shopping bags, and so much more.

Join the queue and wait for the staff to give you a flyer with all the products in the shop. If an item has been sold out for the day, it will be marked on the flyer.

Mark the items on the flyer you’d like to purchase, go to the checkout, complete your payment and pick your items.

A Homely Place with Traditional Korean Dishes

If you’d like to experience what it really feels like eating at a Korean friend’s home, Woo Jung is the place to go.

Woo Jung is hidden inside a Korean and Japanese supermarket, called Centre Point. It’s a very intimate restaurant with just a few tables. They’re serving traditional Korean dishes, such as kimchi stew, spicy pork, classic seafood pancake, noodle dishes, Korean soups and more.

The place has a warm, homely atmosphere you’ll instantly fell in love with. No wonder why this place is so popular among Korean artists while they’re in London. They feel like home.

Korean celebrities visited the restaurant includes Jennie from BLACKPINK, Sunwoo from The Boyz, and South Korean footballer, Yang Min-hyeok among others.

Jennie visited Woo Jung on the 2^nd July 2023 after the BLACPINK concert at BST Hyde Park.

Jennie and her company enjoyed a number of delicious dishes, including Kimchi Jjigae, Seafood Kalguksu and Beef Hot Pot.

If you’d like to eat your way through all the dishes Jennie ordered, the restaurant created a special ‘Jennie’s Pick’ menu that features everything she ordered with photos of the dishes.

Once you’ve ordered your dishes, framed photos of the BLACKPINK and Jennie’s signature provide the perfect backdrop for your Insta snaps.

We ordered the Soondubu Jjigae which is a spicy soup with tofu and seafood, served with rice. It was rich in flavour, and we absolutely loved it. It wasn’t too spicy, so even if you’re not a huge fan of spicy food, you can eat this without any problem.

Our second order was a simple one. We ordered the vegetable Gun Mandu which is basically stir fried dumplings (you can choose from chicken, beef and veggie). It was crispy and delicious. Highly recommend this one if you’re not familiar with Korean food and want to go for a safer option.

Make sure you check back to Woo Jung after the BLACKPINK concert in August. Who knows, you might be lucky enough to meet Jennie or other members of the girl group.

Following a huge success, Just Eat continues its Squid Game collaboration with Netflix.

Just like earlier, there are themed burgers and sides, Korean chicken wings and sauces are available, but this this time there’s more!

There is a range of burger named after iconic characters or scenes from Squid Game, including ‘The Frontman’, ‘Player 456’, ‘Red Light’ and ‘Green Light’.

Each served with succulent chicken breast filling, some spicy with no mercy like the ‘Elimination’ burger, some simple and humble, just like Seong Gi-hun, others don’t play small, like ‘The Tower’ burger, which is served with double chicken, stacked with cheese and fired up with chilli crunch.

There is only one vegan burger on the menu. That’s ‘Vegan Guard’s Choice’ which is crispy and spicy and – as its description says – “pressure tested”.

From classic to fiery upgrades, wide range of sides available.

‘Elimination’ fries is built to test your limits. It’s served with super hot buldak sauce and ssamjang mayo while ‘K-Fries’ is lightly salted crispy fries with Korean seasoning (red pepper, sesame, ginger and seaweed flakes).

Frontman Table Specials

Frontman Table Specials is a completely new addition to the menu.

These are basically customisable set menus, containing a burger, fries and a dip of your choice.

However, there is a twist!

‘The Frontman Challenge’ is a real life chicken wing roulette. The menu contains four chicken wing sets with four different heat levels from mild to deadly hot. You’ll also get a board and the dice with your bundle. Roll the dice to reveal your fate and follow the Frontman’s rules. Will you survive the four heat levels?

Squid Game Meal Deals

Feed the whole crew with special meal deals containing burger(s), side(s) and drink(s) of your choice. There are meal deals for solo players, two, three and four players.

Pick Pic Korean Photo Booth

Pick Pic Korean photo booth opened their first venue in the Summer of 2023. It’s a two storey venue, located in Shoreditch and it has coin karaoke rooms, a number of different colour-themed photo booths with tons of free-to-use accessories to enhance the fun.

Pick Pic was the first Korean photo booth to introduce a special high angle photo room which allows customers to be really creative.

This concept has been elevated in their second shop that just opened next to Leicester Square station.

You’ve probably seen those viral elevator photos and short clips on social media and wondered how they did that.

Well, that elevator booth is actually at Pick Pic’s newest venue in Leicester Square. The new shop is hidden in the basement of SENSPACE. Simply walk in and look for the stairs leading downstairs and there you have it.

It’s a very small, yet super cute venue.

They have the elevator photo booth and another one a bit further down. That’s a blue themed room and there’s a remote control available to manage your time limit for your next pose.

They also have a blue plush corner with a convex mirror to play around and take creative shots.

Pick Pic is not just a photo booth, though. They sell K-pop merch, photo cards and the cutest handmade accessories.

Ma Eum – Authentic Korean Cuisine

Ma Eum Korean restaurant is located in the pulsing heart of London, just a few minutes walk from Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the Big Ben.

The restaurant is offering authentic Korean dining experience with all the popular Korean classics on their menu, including Korean Bibimbap, Korean-style fried chicken, Korean hot pot, soups, noodles and more.

Marinated raw crab with spicy yangnyeom sauce

The absolute star of the show, however, is the Chef Special’s marinated raw crab with spicy yangnyeom sauce (it tastes like teriyaki sauce, but spicier and more umami) or soy sauce for those who are not fan of spicy food.

If you haven’t tried crab before, don’t worry. The staff is very friendly and explain all the ins and outs of how to eat a crab and even provide gloves you can use (you’ll have to eat with your fingers) to keep your hands clean.

As we are a huge fan Korean hot pots, we also ordered the ‘BudaeJjigae’ (Army Stew Pot) which was made with kimchee sausage, pork, ramen noodle, ham and cheese.

You can have a variety of additional toppings, including mixed seafood, fish cake, tofu, marinated pork bulgogi, fried egg and more.

Tofu Bibimbap was served with tons of vegetables (bean sprouts, radish, mushroom, courgette and seaweed) and topped with a fried egg. It was full of flavour and the vegetables were crunchy and very refreshing.

We also had Spicy Squid Korean BBQ. The squid had been marinated in spicy chili sauce and sesame oil. It was served hot was absolutely amazing!

To wet your throat, there is a range of alcoholic and non-an alcoholic beverages to choose from, including Soju, plum wine, banana makgeolli and Korean beer. Hot tea is also available to order.

The Interior

The interior is simple and welcoming. Deep red and deep brown colours are dominating. The customer area is not too large but airy. Elegant wooden dividers add to the relaxing ambiance.

Ma Eum is a true hidden gem in the very heart of London, offering truly authentic Korean dining experience, serving food rarely can be find anywhere else in London.

Karaoke Room

Make your night out truly unforgettable with a karaoke experience. The restaurant has a lovely party room to hire with karaoke.

You can book the room for a minimum of 5-8 people for 3 hours with a minimum spend £180.
