Oliver Award nominated immersive theatre show, ‘Alice’s Adventures Underground’ is going to return. The show is back in London soon but this time with a bespoke development by Labyrinth, a new restaurant – The Rosarium – and a soon to be open bar, called Underland come with it.

The Rosarium is inspired by English Victorian Gardens offering three unique spaces:
The Central Glasshouse with a long central table and show-stopping giant glass Rose decorations.

The light and airy Indoor Terrace with woven lamp shades, whimsical curvy lights, and Alice in Wonderland-inspired paintings.

The magical Secret Garden which is hidden away behind gold chain curtains. It’s a small intimate room with a few tables and flowery ceiling as an adding to the enchanted atmosphere.
The Menu

The enchanted dining oasis presents a menu inspired by British classics, however with a twist added. Executive Chef Harvey Ayliffe (Bentley’s, The Ivy West End, Hix…) reimaged the all-time favourite British classics with innovative modern twists and touches.
You’ll find dishes, such as ‘Fish in a Chip with Tartare Hollandise and Peas’ or ‘Roast Kentish Lamb Fillet Rib with Pearl Barley, Broad Bean, Feta & Mint Salad’.

As for the desserts, their most popular one will definitely be ‘The Rose Garden’. It’s a beautiful rose-shaped dessert filled with rose-infused raspberry gel with a vanilla mousse, sprinkled with chocolate soil and finished off with roasted pistachios, Turkish delight and edible flowers and rose petals.
Cocktails

A range of curious cocktails awaits you to try. The signature cocktail menu includes everything from fresh and tropical to smoky and nutty.
The mocktails will not leave you disappointed either. I tried ‘The Rosehip’ that comes with Everleaf Marine, lemon, and Mint leaves. It’s a perfectly refreshing drink in the hot Summer.
Kids Menu
The Rosarium offer a whimsical kids menu with ‘Cheshire Cat Bread’, ‘The Mad Platter’ and ‘Choc-a Pillar Pudding’ just to name a few.
