Following the stellar success in Madrid, Sydney and Korea and acclaimed ongoing seasons in New Yok, Squid Game: The Experience is now in London with all the thrilling challenges we know from the series.
What to Expect
Photo: Urban Adventurer
You will stand face-to-face with the Pink Soldiers and test your skills across 5 interactive games to challenge your memory, luck and nerve.
Squid Game: The Experience is directly inspired by the award-winning Netflix series, so the first thing you will be doing is take a photo of yourself (Smile!).
Next, you’ll be divided into groups, blue or red.
Now, after some safety instructions, the real fun starts!
There are 5 thrilling games to participate in.
Red Light, Green Light
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Find yourself face-to-face with Young-Hee, the merciless giant doll while you’re playing your childhood favourite game, Red Light, Green Light.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Make it to the other side before the time finishes. If you don’t? Well, unlike the series, you won’t meet your faith by a Pink Soldier, but your high-tech wristband will track all your data and gives you ranking (Red: lower score, Orange: intermediate position, Green: those who nailed the game).
Memory Steps
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Next, you’ll find yourself standing in front of the spine-chilling glass bridge. In this game, however, you don’t have to worry about falling to the concrete ground if your guessing is wrong.
Before entering the game, you’ll have a couple of seconds to memorise which tile is safe to stand on. Then, during the game you have to recall it from your memory.
Thug a War
Photo: Urban Adventurer
This is to only one game you have to play in groups. You will be battling with another group and each player has 5 seconds to pull the rope as fast as they can to move the red flag as far as they can.
Marbles
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Just like in Squid Game, you have to throw your marbles as close as you can to the target ball and knock your opponent’s boules away. Sounds easy? Well, not exactly.
Round and Round
Photo: Urban Adventurer
This is the reimaged version of the original game. Instead of forming groups and finding an empty room, you have to land on the correct shape before the signal ends.
Korean-Inspired Night Market
Photo: Urban Adventurer
If you have luckily survived all games (you will!), you have a chance to visit the Korean-inspired Night Market where you can get snacks and Soju-based cocktails to celebrate your victory and recall your choices during the games.
Photo Opportunities
Photo: Urban Adventurer
There are lots of photo opportunities. You can take selfie with Young-Hee, the Red Light, Green Light Doll, an oversized sculpture of the Frontman mask, the black coffins with pink bows, Pink Soldiers, the piggy bank and more.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
You even have time to go around the sleeping area that looks just like in the series (only that not that big) and take photos on the beds.
Squid Game Merch
Photo: Urban Adventurer
If you don’t want to leave without a souvenir or two, visit the shop for exclusive Squid Game merch.

Banksy decorated the boat using a fire extinguisher and pink paint. He also painted a reimagined version of the balloon girl wearing a life jacket, reaching out for a heart-shaped lifebuoy on the side of the boat.
The boat was named after a French anarchist, Louise Michel, with aim to combine sea rescue with queer-feminism, anti-racism and anti-fascism.
The Louise Michel room at Banksy Limitless is inspired by that boat.

From the creators of Avora and Moonshine Saloon, Alcotraz is one of London’s best immersive theatrical cocktail experiences.
The Story
Photo: Urban Adventurer
If you’ve previously visited Moonshine Saloon, you know the story of the notorious moonshiner and bootlegger, Clyde Cassidy and his gang.
Cassidy has built his liqueur smuggling empire that, despite of the police constantly chasing him, he’s been running successfully for decades. Cassidy’s Moonshine Saloon is where outlaws do business with the locals and sell drinks. One day the Sheriff is in town and sniffs suspicion…
Alcotraz picks the storyline up where it dropped at Moonshine Saloon. Clyde Cassidy has finally been caught and put behind bars for life in America’s newest and most feared prison, Alcotraz Penitentiary.
However, even Alcotraz cannot stop Cassidy and his liqueur smuggling empire. He managed to turn the guards crooked to help him newly convicted inmates smuggle in their own liqueur.
Inspired by Hollywood Film & TV
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Alcotraz prison cocktail bar is inspired by Hollywood Film and TV productions that brought popular prison stories to life.
Alcotraz is more than just an immersive cocktail experience.
Here guests put on orange jumpsuits, walk through a metal detector and become inmates of an evening.
You have to smuggle your own liquor that notorious bootleggers will turn into delicious cocktails. The Guards of Alcotraz are all crooked, so they will do their best to help you smuggle in your bottle.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Once you’re in your jumpsuit you will be escorted into your very own prison cell where the theatrical experience really begins.
A group of talented actors bring an exciting story to life right in front of your eyes with lots of drama and laughter. You will meet a member of the Cassidy Gang, visit the Warden’s office, take a mug shot and – of course – enjoy delicious cocktails made from the liquor you previously smuggled in.
You will enjoy four different cocktails during your visit. However, there’s no menu here….it’s a prison after all, right? So, what cocktails will get?
When handing over your bottle you will be asked what types of cocktails you like. Do you like it sweet, smoky, spicy or fruity? However you like your cocktails, they will blend you four bespoke creations entirely tailored to your taste.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
All other ingredients, such as syrups, bitters and fruits are provided by the mixers. The bartenders typically don’t use all the liquor you had smuggled in, so you will get back the leftovers to take home with you.
We brought a bottle of Martini and requested our cocktails to be sweet. All four cocktails were totally different and very delicious.
The cocktails are not strong at all, so they are perfect to help you get in good spirit but won’t make you drunk, not even tipsy.

‘The Legend of the Titanic: The Immersive Exhibition’ is the largest Titanic exhibition ever held in London.
The experience brings visitors for a breath-taking 2-hour multi-sensory journey to experience the legacy of Britain’s most famous ocean liner from the very beginning until it met its chilling fate halfway to New York on the Atlantic Ocean.
The experience consists of two VR experiences and a breath-taking 360-degree projection room where visitors can witness the story of the Callaghan family, a fictional father and daughter duo travelling on the Titanic and miraculously survived to reunite with their mother and wife in the United States.
Original Movie Props from James Cameron’s Titanic (1997)

Upon arriving, make sure you scan the QR code at the entrance because the exhibition has a lot of AR elements you don’t want to miss.
After receiving your boarding pass, you will be virtually greeted by Captain Smith himself (the AR experience is available in 5 different languages) who will be your guide during your time at the exhibition.
In the first room, original props are on display from the Oscar winning ‘Titanic’ movie (1997) directed by James Cameron.
The props include entire table settings of White Star Line plates, cutleries and glasses actors and actresses used in the film. Every single piece of that tableware was specifically produced for the film and looks exactly like the originals passengers used on the ship in 1912.

There is also an oak travelling secret desk used by Kate Winslet in the film along with a limited-edition Kate Winslet doll wearing the exact same blue and white dress Winslet wore in the film.

There is also a ticket and advertising application from the film’s red carpet event, held in Leicester Square in 1997. The form informs that His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales would be attending to the event.

A life jacket used in the film is also on display with the signature of Bernard Hill, the actor who played Captain Smith.
There are also replica outfits ladies and gentlemen wore at that time and some additional information about dressing habits and social requirements in the early 20th century Britain.

The information panels displayed at different stages of the exhibition have been written by historians and exhibition curators. Take your time to read these panels because they provide detailed information about the ship, its passengers, the survivors and they even investigate myths and urban legends about the Titanic.

Did you know that there is a photo of the iceberg that caused the sink of the Titanic?
A photograph was taken from the Prinz Adalbert on the 16th April 1912. Traces of red paint could be seen along the side of the iceberg where the Titanic hit it and scratched it.
Virtual Reality Room and 360 Degree Projection Room
Photo: Urban Adventurer
There are two VR experiences visitors can enjoy during their exhibition journey.
The first one is a seated VR experience where you will embark on an emotional journey on the board of the Titanic, called ‘Until the orchestra fell silent!’. This experience is playing tribute to the brave musicians who played on the sinking ship to help keep the passengers calm. They kept playing while other crew members helped the passengers into the life boats and watched the boats getting father and farther away from the ship floating on the ice cold Atlantic Ocean. They kept playing while the water slowly reached their feet. They kept playing even after the electricity went out on the entire ship. They kept playing until they couldn’t play anymore.
During this moving VR experience you will hear composer René Merkelbach’s newly composed piece, ‘Nearer, My God, to Tee’ that he wrote specifically for this experience.

The next room is the 360 degree floor-to-ceiling projector room where you will witness the Titanic being built in Belfast, being launched and sail to Southampton.
You will feel like you were literally on the board of the ship, enjoying the golden sunset, feeling the gently breeze on your cheeks and hearing the seagulls around you.
You will watch the story of two 3rd class passengers, Elisabeth Callaghan and her father as they’re travelling to New York to reunite Elisabeth’s sickly mother who is in hospital.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
You will embark on an exciting journey with Elisabeth to explore the ship from the 3rd class all the way up to the elegant 1st class and even the engine room.
You will witness the Titanic fatal encounter with the iceberg and how everything changed in the blink of an eye for Elisabeth and her father.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Elisabeth Callaghan and her father miraculously survived the catastrophe, but many others met their faith in the ice cold water.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
There were approx. 2,200 passengers on board of the Titanic approx. 1,400 of which died in the catastrophe.
Your next stop will be another VR experience.
This time you will board on a submarine to explore the wreckage of the Titanic lying 4km under the ocean.
Once you reached the bottom of the ocean, you will step into a glowing portal that brings you back in time and magically you’ll find yourself on the board of the Titanic.
You’ll have a chance to explore the engine room, and the classes from the 3rd to the 1st before enjoying the golden sunset on the deck.
At the end of your journey, Captain Smith gives you a farewell before a staff member helps you take your headset off.
‘The Legend of the Titanic: The Immersive Exhibition’ is a family-friendly experience suitable for all ages.
Photo: Urban Adventurer
At the end of the experience kids (and grown-ups) can test their memory and other skills at the interactive tables. There are multiple games to choose from. There are puzzles and memory games, or you can test your navigation skills by navigating the Titanic among the maze of icebergs.
At another room you can colour a drawing and scan your masterpiece to see it come alive as being projected on the big screen. Plus, you can bring your drawing home.
Café de Parisien
Photo: Urban Adventurer
Inspired by the original onboard elegant café, Café de Parisien offers light bits, sandwiches, cakes and hot and cold drinks to passengers.
Make sure you try the interactive mirrors in the café. Simply put your hand on the mirror and watch yourself transforming into a Titanic passenger.
