Formally known as Girlfriend London, R Place re-opened this March after re-branding.
Located in the heart of Clapham, R Place is one of the coolest and trendiest bars in London with new plush furnishings, elegant décor, cheeky artworks, and vibrant neon signs to create the perfect atmosphere for a girl-night-out.
If this is not enough, R Place hosts Karaoke Party every Friday night starting from 7pm. Plus, they have extended happy hours (Classic Cocktails: £6 and Prosecco: £5) every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5pm – 9pm. So, what are you waiting for, make sure to keep the bar tenders busy, grab a cocktail and a microphone and sing your heart out!

R Place is offering a range of signature and classic cocktails along with wine, Prosecco, beer, cider, and shots. Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available upon request.
We tried one of their signature and one of their classic cocktails.

The signature cocktail we tried was ‘Midori Sour’ which was a delicious blend of Midori, orange juice, lemon, and foam. It looked beautiful with its green colour and the white foam on the top. It was low alcoholic, so it wasn’t too strong. Perfect for the ladies.
As for the classic cocktail, we tried the one called ‘Aviation’. It was much stronger than the ‘Midori Sour’. It had vibrant blue colour that looked amazing with the red cocktail cherry it was served with.
‘Aviation’ was a mix of Gin, Crème de Violette, Maraschino Liqueur, and lemon.
If you’re looking for a lovely intimate place with beautifully crafted delicious cocktails and karaoke, R Place is definitely a choice!
