The Alchemist bars regularly change their cocktail menu to surprise their guests with the most insane cocktails. Their experienced bartenders are all masters in the dark arts of molecular mixology with obsessive eye for detail and demonic brewing skills.
This year, they launched their brand-new menu that includes special late-night cocktail creations such as ‘Cosmic Oysters’, ‘French Kiss’ or ‘Lava Lamp’, just to name a few.

Having a naughty weekend? Say Bonjour the ‘French Kiss’ cocktail. It’s a sexy blend of Ketel One Vodka, Mouse Kingdom Dark Berries, Raspberry, Pineapple, Cranberry, Citrus, Meringue and Popping Candy placed on a tongue cheekily poking out from the glass, waiting for to be licked.

Cosmic Oysters is perfect to share with friends. They are served in oyster-shaped metal shells sitting on glimmering crushed ice. You can order two or four, depending on your party size.
Cosmic Oysters are a light and refreshing blend of Bombay Presse Gin, Limoncello, Yuzu, Disco Blue, and Passionfruit Pearls. Just sip directly from their sells just like real oysters.
‘Pick Your Poison’ Cocktail at The Alchemist

Another insane cocktail is the ‘Pick Your Poison’ which is served in a Chinese trick teapot, called ‘assassins teapot’. The pot has secret chambers allowing the server to pour two completely different drinks depending on where they put their finger on the pot. This trick teapot was used in China during the Ming Dynasty to assassinate enemy.
Despite of its name, the late-night cocktail extravaganza is actually available all day, so you don’t have to wait for the night to try them. They, however, undoubtedly in their full glory in the dark or under dim light.
Kids are allowed in The Alchemist until 8pm accompanied by an adult. Kids menu also available.
Feel free to bring your furry friend along, as The Alchemist is dog-friendly and always welcome doggos with open paws.
