The story of The Phantom of the Opera begins with the iconic auction scene where 70 year old Raoul purchases a music box.

 

Act I is the beginning of your sensory journey. The artfully prepared treats invite you to awaken your senses. As the drama unfolds, so does the flavours as they unlock cherished memories long locked away.

 

The finger sandwiches presented in a golden bird cage is like a carefully composed still life painting, full of temptation.

 

The smoked salmon makes the perfect pair with the dill cream cheese, making a simple but irresistible joy with the feather light malted grain bread.

 

St. Ewe’s egg black truffle mayonnaise awakens something within you, you didn’t even know it existed and the Cornish Crab tartlet with Shropshire Blue and brown crab custard crowns the whole experience.
