McDonald’s have launched their first ever adult happy meal with exclusive collectibles. The Minecraft Movie Meal launched in the UK on the 26th March and comes with six exclusive collectable toys, crafted especially for adults.

Each meal is available as medium or large and comes with a blind box containing a blockified version of McDonald’s beloved characters.

It wouldn’t be A Minecraft Movie universe without exploring multiply bizarre worlds.
Open the portal to Nether, a peculiar world where lava is more common than water, with the limited edition Nether Flame Sauce.

As the sauce is inspired by this super hot world, it is super hot itself, containing crushed red pepper and flaming cayenne. It’s balanced with some garlic and sweetness. It is recommended with McNuggets and fries to add a side kick.

McDonald’s describe their new Minecraft-inspired McFlurry flavour combination as “the most innovative in a long time”.
McFlurry fans will surely get excited by the new Apple Cake McFlurry which is soft diary ice cream served with mini apple and shortcake blocks, finished with sour apple sauce.
Minecraft Happy Meal
Little ones can embark on their own Minecraft adventures soon, when Minecraft Happy Meal has been launched (it should launch in a couple of weeks from now).
Minecraft Happy Meal will come in Minecraft-themed box and will include 12 brand new collectable toys, inspired by the movie characters. Here are some of the characters: Bee, Skeleton, Creeper, Llama and Garret.
For those who prefer books over toys, there will be Minecraft Adventures Book available as part of McDonald’s ‘Happy Readers’ programme.
Ben Fox, Senior Vice President Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s UK and Ireland says: “We are delighted that two iconic worlds are colliding – McDonald’s and A Minecraft Movie, to create the ultimate Happy Meal. […] The partnership has allowed us to bring amazing collectibles, crafted for adults, to the UK for the first time ever!” – he adds.
