Forget boring history books and embark on a breath-taking journey to the Ancient Egypt to explore it yourself.
Discover Egypt’s last great queen’s life, reign, death and legacy through a 3,000 sq metre immersive adventure containing VR, Metaverse, a large-scale hologram, a vast 360 degree projection room and 2,000 years old original artefacts.
The experience follows the full arc of the Ptolemaic Dynasty and showcases Cleopatra’s reign in a board cultural and political context, rather than isolating her story.
Cleopatra: The Experience is supported by leading Egyptologist Dr Chris Naunton.
Glasses-Free 3D Hologram Experience

Your journey starts with a stunning hologram experience that tells the backstory of Cleopatra in order to understand her life, reign, choices and legacy.
The experience tells Cleopatra’s story from the arrival of Alexander the Great, the life in Ancient Egypt, Cleopatra’s love story with Mark Antony and her final days.
And the best part is, you don’t need to wear googles or glasses to enjoy the hologram experience.
Real Ancient Artefacts

There are over 22 real artefacts on display dating back to the Hellenistic and the Egyptian periods.

Presented in collaboration with the Felix Cerebra Archaeology, visitors have the rare opportunity to get close to ancient terracotta sculptures, cosmetic vessels, and even previously unpublished demotic papyri.
360 Degree Projection Room

The centre of the experience is definitely the vast, 8-metre high 360 degree projection room that brings Cleopatra’s story to life.
In this room, history literally surrounds you and you’ll witness Cleopatra’s coronation, her alliance with Julius Cesar, you’ll step into the library of Alexandria, and you’ll be there at the Queen’s epic final battle of Actium that sealed her fate.

The soundtrack has been specifically composed for this experience by composer, René Markelbach and recorded with a 52-piece orchestra in Budapest.

5-Metre Tall Recreation of the Lighthouse of Alexandria

Stand in the shadow of the 5-metre tall recreation of the Lighthouse of Alexandria and imagine how you would have felt as a captain of a ship who sees this ancient wonder for the first time.

Walk-through history with an epic free-roaming Metaverse experience. Explore catacombs, visit Mark Antony’s tent during the battle of Actium, witness Alexander the Great’s coronation and enter Cleopatra’s royal chamber.
