The Moon was the UK’s biggest exhibition dedicated to Earth’s celestial neighbour in 2019.
Charting the cultural and scientific story of our relationship with the Moon, the exhibition featured over 180 objects, including artefacts from NASA's Apollo 11 mission.
The exhibition allowed visitors to reconnect with the wonders of the Moon through artefacts, artworks and interactive moments, and discover how it has captivated and inspired us throughout history.

- The “Snoopy Cap” Communications Carrier, worn by astronaut Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin during Apollo 11
